Terms
The short version of how working with Zanii works, in plain English. Signed service agreements take precedence over this page for paying customers. Last updated July 2026.
What we promise
Our agents operate under the constitution published on this site: they act only inside the permission you gave, every action leaves a verifiable receipt in the public ledger, and irreversible actions (money, outbound messages) wait for a human yes. If an agent acts outside those rules, that is our defect to fix, and we want to hear about it at constitution@zanii.agency.
What we ask of you
You give agents permission only for systems and accounts you actually own or administer. You keep your own credentials safe, you review what you approve at confirmation gates, and you use the platform lawfully. An agent acting on your correct instruction is your action; we provide the proof of exactly what happened.
The ledger is permanent
Receipts in the transparency log are designed so nobody can rewrite them, including us and including you. Leaving the service removes your content and operating data, but the fingerprint records of past actions remain, because their permanence is the product.
Liability, plainly
We stand behind what our systems record and prove. We are not liable for decisions you approve at a confirmation gate, for outages of third-party systems we connect to, or for use outside the permission model. Where a signed agreement exists, its liability terms govern.
Changes
These terms are versioned like the constitution: amendments are dated and published here, and protections only get stricter within a version. Governing law: the United Arab Emirates.
