Privacy

This page says how data moves through Zanii, in plain English. It follows Article VII of our constitution: privacy is architecture, not policy. Last updated July 2026.

Your content stays in your systems

Your emails, invoices, documents, and conversations live where they already live: your email provider, your CRM, your storage. Our public ledger never holds them. It holds fingerprints: short codes computed from the content that prove what it was without revealing it. A fingerprint cannot be turned back into the content.

What we do keep

For each agent action we keep the record needed to prove it happened: which agent acted, who allowed it, when, what kind of action it was, and the fingerprint of the details. Operational data an agent needs to do its job (contacts it manages for you, tasks, schedules) is stored per customer, isolated from every other customer, and is yours: exportable on request, deleted when you leave, except the fingerprint records, which by design cannot be rewritten by anyone, including us.

Nobody is recorded without knowing

An agent that joins a meeting or a call announces itself. We do not turn personal phone lines or accounts into silent recording bots, and we do not ingest conversations from people who did not agree to it.

Who we share data with

Nobody, except the services needed to perform the actions you asked for (your email provider sends your email, your payment rail processes your payment) and public blockchains, which receive only the ledger's fingerprint, never data. We do not sell data, and we do not train models on your private content.

Where data lives, and your rights

We operate from Dubai, UAE, and follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion by writing to constitution@zanii.agency. We answer within 30 days.
